Before you come

Short answers

Do I need to book?

Booking holds your time, and it's the surest way to get the length and the person you want. Walk-ins are welcome when a room is open.

Can I come on my lunch hour?

Yes. Express massages and facials run 30 minutes, so they fit a lunch break. Come 15 minutes early to change.

What do I wear?

Your own clothes to the desk. We give you a robe and sandals, and a locker for everything else.

Can we come as a group?

Yes. There's a suite with two tables, and the other rooms sit side by side. Ask the desk about a group of three to six.

Who can use the sauna?

Guests 18 and over. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, ask your doctor first.
