How pricing works
What sets the price of a service, and where you see it before you pay.
The length of the service, its type, a second therapist for two guests, and the level of the person who does it. Your prices show on the booking page.

What the consultation covers
Every visit begins with a short chat about pressure and the areas you want. A facial begins with a skin check. Both are part of the service time.
Deposits
A card may hold a group booking or a 90-minute massage, and the deposit goes toward your service. Other single services need none.
Canceling or running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel. If you arrive late, the service ends at its scheduled time, so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
How levels set the price
A senior therapist or esthetician may set a different price for the same service. The booking page shows each person's.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Scalp massage, hot stones, foot massage and the sauna are added to a service, each by its length. Add one when you book or on the day, and the desk tells you the price before it starts.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk, or hand it to the person who looked after you.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards work for any amount and for any service. Buy one online or at the desk, and ask us about expiry in your state.
